I got a Quadcopter Drone in the mail after I got the drone I purchased from Amazon. It’s small and looks like a house drone but I never ordered it or payed anything for it. What seems suspicious is when I started to download the software it wanted me to authorize that I would let them have access to all my files on my computer. I immediately stopped and didn’t download the software. What do you guys think?

Get rid of the drone. Not worth the chance.

Can you post a Pic? Are there any brand markings on it? I’d like to see this guy.

It could be asking for access to files on your computer because this is needed for when you transfer any pictures to your machine…possibly. If it’s just a toy drone, I’d be pretty cautious.
Who is the manufacturer and what model is it? Perhaps we can research and get back to you with some answers or suggestions.
