What is the least profitable drone business to get into?
I think this is subjective. It depends on where your business is located. For us in Central Florida (Orlando specifically), almost all aspects of drone services are, at the very least, fairly profitable: inspection, mapping, construction updates, crop health, solar-related, real estate, etc.
One service that doesn’t seem to be all that profitable here is filming for outdoor tours. I know there are business owners in other parts of the US that spin quite a profit offering services to those that do outdoor adventures like kayaking and motocross and Jeep tours and all of that.
Maybe it’s something that’ll take off here in the future, but as of now, that is one of the least profitable drone services in my immediate market.
