DJI MIni 3 Batt problem

One of my batteries seems to have a problem fully charging, I have to run it flat before it will fully charge, otherwise it will stick on one full light and second light flashing .
Anyne have any ideas has why this is happening, batt is just over a year old, always keep them stored woth 2 lights and 3rd light flashing !.

try this. run it to about 5%. Wait 30min. Then bring it to fully charged. Those were the instructions from DJI as i recall. It might have been “under 10%” or something but 5 or 7 just before a forced landing works. After that dunno.
